"Chaos Wave Synth - an alternative and complimentary partner to the Korg Kaoscillator"
Chaos Wave
So just to say it again, Chaos Wave Synth is NOT hardware and NOT an emulated or modelled virtual Korg.
So what the hang is it?
* Chaos Wave (standard) is a standalone PC (WIndows XP) "program". It uses the mouse to control it and it produces audio out of your PC sound audio outputs.
Chaos Wave also comes with a "shell" that will let you record your performance as audio to a WAVE file, which you can then convert to MP3, or whatever, to burn as an audio CD to use in your DJ set, in your podcast, on your web site, with your YouTube video. Or whatever else you can do with a Wave file.
(You can also record your PC audio however you want, either with a physical cable, or perhaps using a virtual audio router.)
* Chaos Wave, can make a noise! As musical as you are...
* It has a virtual XY touch pad, which can be used in either NOTE (for playing tunes) or CONTROLLER mode (for filter effects).
* It has a backing track to play over (this can include your own previous performance. Not exactly real-time overdub, but as close as recording and loading a wave file. You can repeat tis process for Sound On Sound type techniques.).
We'll be putting up YouTube video marketing demos as soon as we get a chance....
